摘　　要：将委托代理模型引入农户和超市组成的二级供应链中,提出损失各自分担的风险控制契约、外部损失共担的风险控制契约、内部和外部损失共担的风险控制契约.与集中控制下的最佳供应链收益对比结果表明,内外部损失共担的风险控制契约,能够有效地控制风险的发生,使得整体供应链收益水平达到最佳.The principal-agent model is introduced into the secondary supply chain composed of farmers and supermarkets,and the risk control contract of respective loss sharing,the risk control contract of external loss sharing,and the risk control contract of internal and external loss sharing are proposed.Compared with the best supply chain benefits under centralized control,the results show that the risk control contract of internal and external loss sharing can effectively control the occurrence of risks,so that the overall supply chain revenue level can reach the best.
