摘 要:分析运动干预对学龄儿童执行功能、学业成绩的影响.采用横断面研究设计,以204名6~7岁学龄儿童为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组进行中高等强度干预12周,每周3次,每次45分钟,通过心率控制运动强度.结果显示,运动干预有利于学龄儿童执行功能的发展,提高了抑制、刷新和转换功能,可有效改善阅读和拼写成绩.To analyze the effect of motor intervention on executive function and academic performance of school-aged children.A cross-sectional study design was used with a total of 204 school-aged children aged 6-7 years,randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group underwent a moderate to high intensity intervention for 12 weeks,three times a week for 45 min each time,with exercise intensity controlled by heart rate.The results showed that the exercise intervention facilitated the development of executive functions in school-aged children,improved inhibition,refreshment and con version functions,and could effectively improve reading and spelling performance.
