摘　　要：碳水化合物在反刍类动物中具有重要的营养作用,对机体的生长起着重要的调控作用。反刍动物由于在幼龄时期的胃肠道发育还不够完善,机体内的微生物区系尚未形成且不稳定,容易受到饲粮中饲料成分的作用,进而对以后的饲养管理产生不利影响。因此,碳水化合物组成是否合理对反刍动物生长发育及消化道健康具有重要影响。本文就饲粮碳水化合物中淀粉和中性洗涤纤维对幼龄反刍动物生长和胃肠道发育的影响进行了综述,以期通过调整饲粮碳水化合物组成,确保幼龄反刍动物的健康发育,为今后的研究与生产实践提供理论依据。Carbohydrate plays an important nutritional role in ruminants and plays an important regulatory role in the growth of organism.Since the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants is not fully developed in the young age,the microflora in the body has not been formed and is unstable,and it is easy to be affected by the feed compo⁃nents in the diet,which will have adverse effects on the subsequent feeding management.Therefore,the rea⁃sonable carbohydrate composition has an important effect on the growth and development of ruminants and di⁃gestive tract health.In this paper,the effects of dietary carbohydrate starch and neutral detergent fiber on the growth and gastrointestinal tract development of young ruminants were reviewed,with a view to ensuring the healthy development of young ruminants by adjusting dietary carbohydrate composition,and providing a theo⁃retical basis for future research and production practice.
