摘 要:基于“双碳”目标,清洁能源天然气的生产过程中蕴藏着巨大的减排潜力。天然气脱硫是天然气净化处理过程中的重要环节,以西南某气田醇胺脱硫工艺为研究对象,基于生产过程中的能流分析,对其进行碳排放源识别,并建立碳排放源核算模型。运用Aspen HYSYS过程模拟软件,分析醇胺脱硫工艺脱硫效果及碳排放的影响因素;并以醇胺脱硫工艺生产过程碳排放最低为目标函数,建立醇胺脱硫工艺碳排放优化模型,对醇胺脱硫工艺操作参数进行优化,优化后工艺单位能耗降低约3.44%,单位碳排放降低约4.55%,继而节省碳费,达到气田“绿色发展”“结构优化”的生产目的。Based on the "dual carbon" goal,there is a huge potential for emission reduction in the production process of clean energy natural gas.Natural gas desulfurization is an important link in the process of natural gas purification.Taking the alkanolamine desulfurization process of a gas field in Southwest China as the research object,based on the energy flow analysis in the production process,the carbon emission sources were identified,and an accounting model of carbon emission sources was established.The Aspen HYSYS process simulation software was used to analyze the desulfurization effect of the alcoholamine desulfurization process and the influencing factors of carbon emission;And the lowest carbon emission in the production process of the alcoholamine desulfurization process was used as the objective function to establish the carbon emission optimization model of the alcoholamine desulfurization process.The process operating parameters were optimized.After optimization,the unit energy consumption of the process was reduced by about 3.44%,and the unit carbon emission was reduced by about 4.55%,thereby saving carbon costs and achieving the production goals of "green development" and "structure optimization" of the gas field.
