摘 要:课题研究是中小学教师投身普教科研事业的重要形式,是发挥教师教育改革主体,赋予学校专业自主的重要途径。然而在实践中,课题工作机制面临着各种质疑,也存在课题工作“异化”和“泛化”的现实困境。本文引入专业资本视角,将上海普教科研系统内从事科研工作的各类人员视为持有不同专业资本量级的行动者,系统内所运作的课题工作制度则构成了一个科研知识市场。本文从供需和竞争两个维度探索了科研知识市场是如何运作和生效的,以此重新反思开展课题研究的意义和价值。The educational research project is essential for elementary and secondary school teachers to dedicate themselves to educational research endeavors.It empowers teachers and schools to participate in educational reforms.However,there are quite a few controversies about the mechanism of the educational research project,including the realistic dilemma of alienation and generalization.From the perspective of Professional Capital(PC),this paper explored the mechanism of educational research in Shanghai General Educational Research System.Those working on educational research projects could be regarded as actors with different quantities of Professional Capital.The mechanism of the educational research project creates a practice-oriented research knowledge market.This paper navigated the working mechanism of the market from two dimensions,namely supply and demand,and competition.Implications were also discussed in this paper.
