摘　　要：无人机倾斜摄影三维建模为智慧城市、城市管理和规划建设提供了重要基础数据,以上海市黄浦江北岸中心城区为研究区,采用飞马D2000无人机和长焦OP4000倾斜摄影系统,人工模拟数字高程变高飞行,飞行效率提升20%以上;一次性获取高精度中心城区倾斜摄影数据(0.03 m),实景三维模型精度x、y、z3个方向的标准差分别为0.051 m、0.057 m和0.078 m,符合1∶500比例尺测图的要求。探索了城市实景三维模型在天际线景观和古建筑保护规划设计中的应用,为上海市北外滩旧城改造和规划提供了技术依据。The three-dimensional modeling of UAV oblique photography provides an important data basis for smart city,urban management,and urban planning and construction.In this study,we took a central urban area on the North Bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai as the research area,FeiMa D2000 UAV and OP4000 oblique photography system were used to manually simulate digital elevation model,and the flight efficiency was increased by more than 20%.The oblique photography data of the central urban area with high-precision(o.o3 m)was obtained at one time.The standard deviations of the accuracy of the real three-dimensional model in X,Y and Z directions were 0.051 m,0.057 m and 0.078 m respectively,which could meet the requirements of 1:5oo scale mapping.Through the oblique photography three-dimensional real scene model,this work explored the application of the urban real scene three-dimensional model in the planning and design of skyline landscape and ancient building protection,which could provide technical basis for the reconstruction and planning of the old city of the North Bund in Shanghai.
