负载量和叶幕形对‘北冰红’葡萄产量及品质的影响研究

摘　　要：为明确不同叶幕形对冰葡萄产量和品质的影响,以生产上主栽的‘北冰红’葡萄为研究对象,探究冰葡萄生产上适宜的负载量和叶幕形。采用倾斜水平龙干树形,设计5个负载量处理,每个负载量设计直立叶幕和“V”形叶幕2种叶幕形。除6月、8月和9月份大多处理“V”形叶幕的叶片光合速率高于直立形叶幕,7月份所有处理直立形叶幕的叶片光合速率高于“V”形叶幕;除处理3外的其它处理均为“V”形叶幕植株产量高于直立形叶幕;除处理4其它处理均是“V”形叶幕果实含糖量高于直立形叶幕;处理1、处理2为“V”形叶幕的果实可滴定酸低于直立形叶幕,其它处理均是直立形叶幕的果实可滴定酸低于“V”形叶幕;除处理5外,其它处理的果实单宁含量均是直立形叶幕高于“V”形叶幕。采用倾斜水平龙干整形方式+“V”形叶幕能提升‘北冰红’葡萄的果实品质,在株距1 m的情况下留8个结果枝,鲜果产量在1000 kg/667 m^(2)较适宜。In order to clarify the influence of different load and canopy shape on the yield and quality of ice grape,the main grape in production,'Beibinghong',was taken as the research object to determine the appropriate load and leaf screen shape for ice grape production.Five loading treatments were designed using the slanted horizontal Draco tree shape,and two kinds of leaf curtain shapes were designed for each load,upright leaf curtain and "V" leaf curtain.The photosynthetic rate of "V"-shaped leaves was higher than that of upright leaves in most treatments except in June,August and September,and the photo synthetic rate of upright leaves was higher than that of "V"-shaped leaves in all treatments in July.The yield of "V"-shaped trellum plants was higher than that of upright trellum plants in all treatments except the treatment 3.Except for the treatment 4,the sugar content of fruit of "V"-shaped trellum was higher than that of upright trellum.Fruit with "V"-shaped tresses in treatments 1 and 2 had lower acid content than that with upright tresses,while fruit with upright tresses in other treatments had lower acid content than that with "V"-shaped tresses.Except for treatment 5,the tannin content of fruits in all treatments was higher in upright than in "V"-shaped.The fruit quality of 'Beibinghong' grape can be improved by using the slanted horizontal Longgan shaping method,and the fresh fruit yield of 1 000 kg/667 m^(2) is more suitable when 8 fruiting branches are left at the plant spacing of 1 m.
