摘 要:实验技术队伍是高校提高教学质量和保证科研水平的重要力量。近年来,随着实验室建设力度的增加和教学理念的改变,实验队伍建设在编制核算、岗位职责、职称评审等方面都发生了较大的变化。该文从岗位职责、考核标准、职称评审、岗位待遇、激励制度、岗位培训和科研实验室管理等方面,分析当前高校实验技术队伍发展和建设中存在的人员发展受限、激励机制缺乏等共性问题,从编制核算方法、职称制度改革、激励机制建设、培训方案规划等方面阐述实验技术队伍建设改革探索和实践,以期为新时代高校实验技术队伍建设提供参考。The experimental technical team is an important force to improve the quality of teaching and ensure the level of scientific research in universities.In recent years,with the increase of investment in laboratory construction and the change of teaching concept,the construction of experimental team has undergone great changes in the aspects of accounting,job responsibilities and professional title evaluation.This paper analyzes the common problems of limited personnel development and lack of incentive mechanism in the development and construction of the current university experimental technical team from the aspects of job responsibilities,assessment standards,title evaluation,job treatment,incentive system,job training and scientific research laboratory management,and elaborates the exploration and reform of the experimental technical team construction from the aspects of preparation accounting method,title system reform,incentive mechanism construction,training program planning,etc.The purpose is to provide reference for the construction of experimental technology team in the new era.
