摘　　要：装备制造业转型升级已成为推动各地区经济和社会发展的重要动力。通过详细梳理河北省工业转型升级政策和实践,以河北职业本科院校为例,开展职业本科教育人才培养策略与路径探索。从人才培养理念转变、专业与课程建设、校企合作与产教融合、校园文化营造及提升学生综合素养方面,探讨人才培养实践过程中的新特征。The transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry has become an important driving force for promoting economic and social development in various regions.A detailed review of industrial transformation and upgrading policies and practices in Hebei region was conducted,taking Hebei vocational undergraduate colleges as an example to explore talent cultivation stralegies and paths for vocational undergraduate education.Exploring new features in the practical process of talent cultivation from the perspectives of transforming talent culivation concepls,professional and curriculum construction,school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education,campus culture creation,and enhancing students comprehensive literacy.
