龋源性变色牙与外伤性变色牙行髓腔内漂白术的美学效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究髓腔内漂白术用于龋源性变色牙与外伤性变色牙的美学效果。方法:选择2018年3月-2021年6月来笔者医院行髓腔内漂白术的患者150例,其中龋源性变色牙(龋源组)患者53例,患牙62颗;外伤性变色牙(外伤组)患者97例,患牙112颗。分别采用Vita Classical 16色比色板及分光光度比色仪检测两组患者的色阶变化及色差分析,比较两组患者的美学效果。结果:比色仪分析两组的△E分别为16.15±3.12、9.72±2.84;采用Vita比色板观察外伤组、龋源组的漂白总有效率分别为93.81%、96.23%(P>0.05),采用比色仪观察外伤组、龋源组的漂白总有效率分别为94.85%、96.23%(P>0.05);采用Vita比色板观察外伤组、龋源组漂白成功率分别为87.63%、90.56%(P>0.05),采用比色仪观察外伤组、龋源组漂白成功率分别为87.63%、92.45%(P>0.05)。结论:髓腔内漂白术用于治疗龋源性变色牙与外伤性变色牙均具有良好的美学效果,但是对于外伤后牙齿变色时间较长的患者漂白效果较差。Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of intracoronal bleaching on caries-derived and traumatic discolored teeth.Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing intracoronal bleaching in the hospital were enrolled between March 2018 and June 2021,including 53 cases with caries-derived discolored teeth(62 offending teeth)and 97 patients with traumatic discolored teeth(112 off ending teeth).The changes of color gradation and analysis of color diff erence in both groups were detected by Vita Classical 16-color shade guide and colorimeter.The cosmetic effect between the two groups was compared.Results Colorimeter analysis showed that△E values in the two groups were 16.15±3.12 and 9.72±2.84,respectively.Vita shade guide showed that total response rates of bleaching in traumatic group and caries-derived group were 93.81% and 96.23% respectively(P>0.05).Colorimeter showed that total response rates of bleaching in traumatic group and caries-derived group were 94.85% and 96.23%respectively(P>0.05).Vita shade guide showed that success rates of bleaching in traumatic group and caries-derived group were 87.63% and 90.56%,respectively(P>0.05).Colorimeter showed that success rates of bleaching in traumatic group and caries-derived group were 87.63% and 92.45%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Cosmetic eff ect of intracoronal bleaching is good on caries-derived and traumatic discolored teeth.However,the bleaching effect is not perfect for patients with long-term teeth discoloration after trauma.
