光固化复合树脂在前牙美学修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究光固化复合树脂在前牙美学修复中的应用价值。方法:选择笔者医院2019年2月-2021年6月收治的60例需行前牙美学修复的患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用金属烤瓷牙修复治疗;观察组采用光固化复合树脂修复治疗,比较两种方法用于前牙美学修复的效果,观察指标包括治疗优良率、美学修复效果(修复体完整A级率、边缘适宜A级率、染色A级率)、牙周指标[牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)、牙龈出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、牙周袋深度(Probing depth,PD)]、不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。结果:治疗后6个月对患者所有观察指标进行评定,观察组的治疗优良率、修复体完整A级率、边缘适宜A级率、染色A级率均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组GI、SBI、PLI、PD均显著降低(P<0.05),并且观察组各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:光固化复合树脂在前牙美学修复中应用价值显著,具有较高的治疗及美学修复效果,且不良反应少、患者满意度高,是安全有效的治疗方案。Objective To explore the application value of light-cured composite resin in patients with anterior aesthetic restoration.Methods A total of 60 patients who needed aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the author's hospital from February 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.The control group(30 cases)was treated with metal porcelain tooth restoration,and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with light-cured composite resin restoration.The eff ects of the two methods on aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth were compared,the observation indexes included the excellent rate of treatment and the aesthetic restoration eff ect(prosthetic complete A-rate rate,appropriate A-level rate,dyeing grade A rate),periodontal index[gingival index(GI),gum bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket depth(PD)],incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction.Results After 6 months of treatment,all the observation indexes were evaluated,the excellent rate of treatment and the prosthetic complete A-rate rate,appropriate A-level rate,dyeing grade A rate of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between two groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the PLI,GI,SBI,PD of two groups were signifi cantly lower after treatment(P<0.05),and the indicators in observation group were signifi cantly lower than control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.67%,it was signifi cantly lower than 26.67%in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 93.33%,it was signifi cantly higher than 70.00% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of light-cured composite resin in patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is remarkable.It has high therapeutic effect and aesthetic restoration effect,and has high therapeutic effect and aesthetic restoration eff ect,and has fewer adverse reactions and high patient
