摘　　要：近年来,新能源技术在汽车行业领域得到大力推广使用,新能源汽车行业的崛起,使得相关专业的人才需求量急剧增加,为此许多中职院校增设新能源汽车专业,积极构建新能源汽车专业“岗课赛证”人才培养体系,并开展一系列学习实践活动,以便能够进一步提升学生的专业技能水平和动手实践能力,为新能源汽车行业提供更多优秀专业技能人才。本文首先分析中职新能源汽车专业“岗课赛证”人才培养内涵,之后对中职新能源汽车专业“岗课赛证”人才培养体系构建与实践展开深入研究。In recent years,new energy technology has been vigorously promoted and used in the automotive industry.The rise of the new energy vehicle industry has led to a sharp increase in talent demand for related majors.Therefore,many vocational colleges have added new energy vehicle majors,actively constructed a“job course competition certificate”talent training system for new energy vehicle majors,and carried out a series of learning and practical activities.In order to further enhance students'professional skills and hands-on practical abilities,and provide more excellent professional skills talents for the new energy vehicle industry,this article first analyzes the connotation of talent training for the“on-thejob course competition certificate”in the new energy vehicle major of vocational school,and then conducts in-depth research on the construction and practice of the talent training system for the“on-the-job course competition certificate”in the new energy vehicle major of vocational school.
