摘 要:将智能虚拟技术应用于喷涂教学中是工学一体化教学发展的必然趋势。对于汽车喷涂工学一体化教学,学生能掌握汽车喷涂方法,在实际的课程教学与企业要求的技能水平还有很大差距,学生在短时间内不能有效地掌握汽车喷涂的技能。为了进一步提升学生的汽车喷涂技能水平,对智能虚拟喷涂教学在工学一体化教学中进行研究。首先,介绍了智能虚拟喷涂教学的理论基础。其次,阐述了汽车喷涂工学一体化教学的开展与存在的问题。再次,基于智能虚拟喷涂教学的工学一体化教学模式设计,最后对其效果进行了分析。The application of intelligent virtual technology in spray painting teaching is an inevitable trend in the development of integrated engineering and learning teaching.For the integrated teaching of automotive spray painting engineering,students can master automotive spray painting methods.However,there is still a significant gap between the actual course teaching and the skill level required by the enterprise,and students cannot effectively master automotive spray painting skills in a short period of time.In order to further enhance students'automotive spraying skills,research is conducted on the application of intelligent virtual spraying teaching in integrated engineering and learning teaching.Firstly,the theoretical basis of intelligent virtual spraying teaching was introduced.Secondly,the development and existing problems of integrated teaching of automotive spray painting engineering were elaborated.Once again,the design of an engineering integrated teaching mode based on intelligent virtual spraying teaching was conducted,and its effectiveness was analyzed.
