摘  要:车身车间高柔性主焊线导入车型多,下车体总成零件使用随行夹具进行车体输送,而随行夹具需要频繁切换,各个车型夹具需要识别并做程序防错。其主要采用线旁固定安装的激光测距开关做识别防错,该种检测方式存在成本高、调试难、柔性差,且影响白车身装配质量等问题。为解决以上问题,设计了一种基于视觉检测的随行夹具识别系统,该系统包含相机、工控机、光源、图像采集卡等硬件,通过视觉处理软件Vision Master识别随行夹具上变化的特征并测量白车身上边缘直线与随行夹具气缸几何中心之间的距离,并利用软件内的判断逻辑实现对多种车型夹具状态的识别及防错。视觉识别系统应用于车身车间高柔性输送主焊线的生产现场,防错一致性精度高,界面可视化强,系统运行稳定,有效提升了生产效率和产品质量。There are many models of high-flexibility main welding lines in the body workshop,and the lower body assembly parts use the accompanying fixture for body transportation,while the accompanying fixture needs to be switched frequently,and the fixture of each model needs to be identified and programmed to prevent errors.It mainly adopts the laser ranging switch installed by the line to identify and prevent errors,which has problems such as high cost,difficult debugging,poor flexibility,and affects the quality of body-in-white assembly.In order to solve the above problems,a companion fixture recognition system based on visual inspection is designed,which includes cameras,industrial computers,light sources,image grabbers and other hardware,through the vision processing software Vision Master to identify the changing features on the accompanying fixture and measure the distance between the straight line of the upper edge of the body-in-white and the geometric center of the accompanying fixture cylinder,and use the judgment logic in the software to realize the identification and error proofing of the fixture status of various models.The visual identification system is applied to the production site of the high-flexibility conveying main welding line in the body workshop,with high error-proofing consistency accuracy,strong interface visualization,and stable system operation,which effectively improves production efficiency and product quality.
