摘  要:基础教育阶段教师普通话水平的高低对新疆教育的整体发展意义重大,这一语言关是长期以来师资队伍素养提升困难的影响因素。文章立足于国家推普大背景,以2020年基础教育阶段的国培参训教师为调查对象,分析新疆民族教师普通话语音基本面貌,从语音和非语音两个方面进行深入分析,借助语言学、语音学的理论提出普通话水平提升的有效策略,从而为教师提升水平提供参考依据。The level of Common Speech of the Chinese Language proficiency of teachers in basic education is of great significance to the overall development of education in Xinjiang.This language is the influencing fac⁃tor of the difficulty in improving the quality of teachers for a long time.Article based on the national populariz⁃ing the common spoken Chinese big background,the basic education stage in 2020 country cultivates the partici⁃pation of teachers as the object of investigation,analysis of all nationalities in xinjiang teachers basic features in Common Speech of the Chinese Language from two aspects of speech and the speech analysis,with the help of linguistics,phonetics theory put forward the effective strategies of Common Speech of the Chinese Language lev⁃el,so as to provide a reference basis for teachers to improve level.
