摘　　要：目的探讨婴儿成人型横纹肌瘤临床病理特征及治疗。方法回顾性分析1例6个月9日女性婴儿臀部成人型横纹肌瘤的临床病理特征及免疫组织化学表型,并复习相关文献。结果HE染色示肿瘤细胞呈大圆形,胞界清楚,胞质内见杂草样或棒状的结晶样物质,细胞核多偏位,呈圆形或卵圆形,空泡状,核仁易见。局部可见纵切的瘤细胞横纹明显,多核,呈扁椭圆形,淡染,多位于胞膜下,核仁易见。免疫组织化学染色显示desmin阳性,MyoD1、myogenin部分阳性,S-100、CD68、CgA阴性,Ki-67增殖指数<5%。结论横纹肌瘤是一种少见的间叶源性肿瘤,发生于婴儿臀部的成人型横纹肌瘤更是少见,其影像学不具有特异性,其确诊依赖于病理组织学及免疫组织化学染色。Objective To explore the clinicopathologic features of adult rhabdomyoma of the hip in an infant.Methods The clinicopathological features and immunophenotype of a case of adult rhabdomyoma occurring on the buttocks of a female infant aged 6 months and 9 days were retrospectively analyzed,and related literature was reviewed.Results HE staining showed that the tumor cells were large and round in shape,with clear cell boundaries.Weed like or rod-shaped crystalline substances were seen in the cytoplasm,and the vacuolar nuclei were mostly eccentric,round or oval in shape,and the nucleoli were easily visible.Locally,longitudinally sectioned tumor cells were seen to have obvious cross striations,multiple nuclei were flat oval shaped,light stained,mostly located under the cell membrane,and nucleoli were easily visible.Immunohistochemical staining showed that tumor cells were positive for desmin,partially positive for MyoD1 and myogenin,negative for S-100,CD68,and CgA,and Ki-67 proliferation index less than 5%.Conclusion Rhabdomyoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor,especially adult rhabdomyoma in infant hip.Its imaging is not specific,and its diagnosis depends on histopathology and immunohistochemical staining.
