摘　　要：轴突生长导向因子-1(netrin-1)是netrins家族中研究最广泛的成员。netrin-1最初被认为是胎儿发育过程中轴突引导的调节因子,与其经典受体非协调5(uncoordinated-5,UNC5)与结直肠癌缺失基因(deleted in colorectal cancer,DCC)共同介导轴突的吸引或排斥。随着更多netrin-1受体的发现,如唐氏综合征细胞粘附分子(down syndrome cell adhesion molecule,DSCAM)、整合素α6β4(integrinα6β4,Inα6β4)和整合素α3β1(integrinα3β1,Inα3β1)、腺苷A2B受体(A2B adenosine receptor,A2BAR)和CD146等的发现,扩展了netrin-1在非神经系统的功能,如调控血管生长,肿瘤生长,细胞凋亡,炎症发展。本文就netrin–1及其受体在非神经系统中的作用的研究进展进行概述。The axonal growth guidance factor 1(netrin-1)is the most extensively studied member of the netrins family.Netrin-1,initially considered a regulatory factor guided by axons during fetal development,along with its classical receptor uncoordinated 5(UNC5)and deleted in colorectal cancer(DCC),mediates axonal attraction or rejection.With the discovery of more netrin-1 receptors,such as down syndrome cell adhesion molecule(DSCAM),integrinα6β4(Inα6β4)and integrinα3β1(Inα3β1),adenosine A2B receptor(A2BAR)and CD146,the functions of netrin-1 in non nervous systems has been expanded,such as regulating vascular growth,tumor growth,cell apoptosis,and inflammatory development.This article provides an overview of the research progress on the role of netrin-1 and its receptors in non neural systems.
