摘　　要：现有1例甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭甲状舌管的特殊病例,切除甲舌囊肿组织的免疫组化:肿瘤细胞CK19、Gal-3、TTF1、Gal3、Ki67均(+)。对此病例展开分析并复习相关知识。结合临床资料、组织形态学及病理特征探讨甲状腺乳头状癌与甲状舌骨间的关系。A special case of thyroid papillary carcinoma invading the thyroglossal duct is reported.Immunohistochemistry of thyroglossal cyst tissue after excision showed that tumor cells CK19,Gal-3,TTF1,Gal3,Ki67 were all positive(+).This paper analyzes this case and reviews the relevant knowledge.The relationship between thyroid papillary carcinoma and thyrohyoid bone was studied by combining clinical data,histomorphology,and pathological features.
