摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一组肠道慢性炎性疾病,IBD除肠道外症状外,还可有多种肠外表现及并发症。贫血是炎症性肠病最常见的肠外表现及并发症之一。IBD相关贫血可分为缺铁性贫血(IDA)、慢性病贫血(ACD)、维生素及叶酸缺乏相关贫血及药物相关性贫血。IBD相关贫血,尤其是缺铁性贫血,可引起多种症状,与患者生活质量密切相关。然而,尽管有许多不良症状,但IBD相关贫血仍没有得到充分的重视。本文就炎症性肠病相关贫血的分型分类、发病机制及诊断与评估相关指标的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高对炎症性肠病相关贫血的重视,为该病的诊断与早期干预提供科学的依据。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestine.In addition to its symptoms,IBD can also have a variety of extraintestinal manifestations and complications.Anemia is one of the most common extraintestinal manifestations and complications of inflammatory bowel disease.IBD related anemia can be divided into iron deficiency anemia(IDA),chronic disease anemia(ACD),vitamin and folic acid deficiency related anemia and drug related anemia.IBD-associated anemia,especially iron-deficiency anemia,can cause a variety of symptoms and is closely related to the quality of life of patients.However,despite many adverse symptoms,IBD-associated anemia has not been given sufficient attention.This article reviews the research progress on the classification,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease related anemia,aiming to increase the attention to IBD-associated anemia and provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and early intervention of the disease.
