摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种革兰阴性菌,机体感染后可引起胃炎、胃溃疡,严重者会导致胃癌。最新研究报道Hp通过摄取人体胃黏膜上皮细胞中的胆固醇,转化为胆固醇糖苷,进而发生免疫逃逸,避免被机体清除。该文就胆固醇、胆固醇糖苷在Hp免疫逃逸中发挥的作用及针对其靶点新型治疗策略的研究进展进行综述。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a Gram-negative bacterium that can cause gastritis,gastric ulcers,and even gastric cancer in severe cases.Recent studies have reported that Hp can avoid being cleared by the body through taking cholesterol from the host gastric mucosa epithelium and converting it into cholesterol glycosides,which lead to immune escape.This paper reviews the role of cholesterol and cholesterol glycosides in Hp immune escape and the progress of novel therapeutic strategies toward them.
