摘 要:为将纸荚豆不定根应用于产品生产,该研究对纸荚豆不定根乙醇粗提物(CE)及其用不同溶剂萃取的萃取层[石油醚萃取层(PET-F)、二氯甲烷萃取层(DCM-F)、乙酸乙酯萃取层(EtOAC-F)、正丁醇萃取层(n-BuOH-F)、水层(AQ-F)]的DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)自由基清除能力、ABTS(2,2′-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基清除能力、羟基自由基清除能力、铁离子螯合能力、铁离子还原能力进行研究,并使用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对抗氧化能力进行综合评价。结果表明:DCM-F在清除DPPH自由基,ABTS自由基及铁离子螯合能力上表现最好,EtOAC-F在铁离子还原能力上表现最好,而PET-F在6种提取物中具有最强的清除羟基自由基的能力,AQ-F在各抗氧化评价方法中均最弱。使用TOPSIS对纸荚豆不定根6种提取物抗氧化能力进行比较,结果表明,DCM-F抗氧化能力最强。该试验研究结果为今后将不定根应用于相关产品的生产提供理论依据。To apply adventitious roots(ARs)of Lessertia frutescens in the future production,ARs were extracted with ethanol,the ethanolic extract(CE)was further extracted with different solvents,and the fractions of petroleum ether(PET-F),dichlormethane(DCM-F),ethyl acetate(EtOAC),and n-butyl alcohol(nBuOH-F),as well as aqueous fractions(AQ-F)were obtained;Then,antioxidant activities of different extracts were assayed by determining the scavenging abilities of 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),2,2′-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate)(ABTS),and hydroxyl radicals,chelating ability of iron ions,and reducing ability of iron ions.The results showed that the highest DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging and iron ion chelating abilities were found in DCM-F,whereas the highest hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability was found in PT-F.The AQ-F did not show a good antioxidant activity.The antioxidant activities of different extracts were compared by TOPSIS method,which showed the highest antioxidant activity of DCM-F.The results of this experiment provide a theoretical basis for the future application of L.frutescens adventitious roots in the product production.
