摘 要:中国高铁运营跨越多个气候带,且面临着向更高纬度国家输出高铁设备的契机,低温对滚动噪声的影响有必要进行系统的预测与研究。针对国内应用较广的300-1型和WJ-8型扣件,对其在不同低温时的装配动刚度和损失因子进行试验,基于试验结果和建立的板式轨道高速铁路滚动噪声预测模型,对低温条件下高速铁路滚动噪声开展研究。研究表明,随着环境温度的下降,滚动噪声对标准点等效连续A声级的贡献值也会变小,当温度达到轨垫板材料的玻璃化温度后,温度的下降对贡献值的影响变小,甚至会使滚动噪声小幅上升。对300-1型扣件和WJ-8扣件来说,和10℃的滚动噪声相比,350 km/h运行速度下滚动噪声贡献值的最大降幅分别可以达到4.0dB(A)和3.1d B(A);这个降幅主要来自于钢轨贡献的变化,如果列车运行速度更低,总的A声级将对温度更为敏感;从三分之一倍频的分频上看,在2000 Hz以下的频率,有必要考虑空气参数随温度的变化。The operation of China’s high-speed railway crosses a very large latitude and longitude,and faces the opportunity to export high-speed railway equipment to countries with higher latitudes.The influence of low temperature on rolling noise needs systematic prediction and research.The assembly dynamic stiffness and loss factor of 300-1 fasteners and WJ-8 fasteners,which are widely used in China,are tested at different low temperatures.Based on the test results and the established slab track high-speed railway rolling noise prediction model,the rolling noise of high-speed railway at low temperature is studied.Studies have shown that as the environmental temperature decreases,the contribution of rolling noise to the equivalent continuous A-weighted sound level at the standard point will also decrease.Moreover,when the temperature reaches the glass transition temperature of the railpad materials,the decrease of temperature has little effect on the contribution value,and even makes the rolling noise increase slightly.For 300-1 fasteners and WJ-8 fasteners,compared with the rolling noise at 10℃,the maximum reduction of rolling noise contribution value can reach 4.0 dB(A)and 3.1 dB(A),when the train running at 350 km/h;This drop is mainly due to the change in the rail contribution.If the train runs at a lower speed,the total A-weighted sound level will be more sensitive to temperature.From the perspective of the one-third octave frequency band,at the frequency range below 2000 Hz,it is necessary to consider the change of air parameters with temperature.
