盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察帕金森病患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗的临床效果。方法100例帕金森病患者,采用计算机数字随机分组法分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。观察组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗,对照组采用司来吉兰片治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后病情改善情况,用药不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),低于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者的帕金森病评分量表评分为(4.43±0.96)分,与对照组的(4.39±0.99)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的帕金森病评分量表评分为(1.87±0.41)分,低于对照组的(3.01±0.78)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的用药不良反应发生率为4.00%(2/50),低于对照组的18.00%(9/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗,可保证治疗效果,改善患者的自主活动能力,方案值得推荐。Objective To observe the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into observation group and control group according to computer numerical randomization,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets and selegiline tablets,and the control group was treated with selegiline tablets.The efficacy,improvement of patient's condition before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was lower than that of 84.00%(42/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,Parkinson's disease scale score of the observation group was(4.43±0.96)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with that of(4.39±0.99)points of the control group.After treatment,the Parkinson's disease scale score of the observation group was(1.87±0.41)points,which was lower than that of(3.01±0.78)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of 4.00%(2/50)in the observation group was lower than that of 18.00%(9/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegilan tablets can ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the independent activity ability of patients with Parkinson's disease.The scheme is worthy of recommendation.
