摘 要:研究旨在探究发酵棕榈仁粕对黑水虻幼虫生长性能及肠道微生物的影响。试验对棕榈仁粕进行发酵预处理,分别发酵0、3、6、9 d进行品质评价,使用发酵棕榈仁粕饲喂黑水虻幼虫,测定黑水虻幼虫的生长性能及肠道微生物。结果显示,与未发酵组比,发酵棕榈仁粕的还原糖、粗蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05),pH值及中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05)。黑水虻幼虫平均体重、体长和体宽显著增加(P<0.05)。棕榈仁粕发酵第3 d时,黑水虻幼虫获得的生物量、饲料利用率和饲料转化率分别增加29.71%、29.76%、45.66%,料重比降低23.60%,生长性能达到最佳水平;黑水幼虫肠道中有益菌属相对丰度增加。研究表明,棕榈仁粕饲养黑水虻幼虫的适宜发酵时间为3 d。The experiment was to explore effect of palm kernel meal on growth performance and intestinal microbes of Hermetia illucens larvae.The quality of palm kernel meal was evaluated after fermentation for 0,3,6 and 9 d,respectively.The Hermetia illucens larvae were fed with fermented palm kernel meal,and measured the growth performance and intestinal microorganisms of Hermetia illucens larvae.The results showed that compared with unfermented group,the content of reducing sugar and crude protein in fermented palm kernel meal were significantly increased(P<0.05),pH value,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the mean body weight,body length and body width of larvae were significantly increased when Hermetia illucens larvae were fed with fermented palm kernel meal(P<0.05).On 3 d of palm kernel meal fermentation,biomass,feed utilization rate and feed conversion rate of Hermetia illucens larvae increased by 29.71%,29.76% and 45.66%,respectively.When feed to gain ratio decreased by 23.60%,the growth performance reached optimal level,the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in intestine of Hermetia illucens larvae increased.The study indicates that the optimum fermentation time of palm kernel meal is 3 d.
