摘  要:提供了一种可定量分析2,4,5-三氨基-6-羟基嘧啶硫酸盐(氨二)中残留溶剂氰乙酸甲酯的含量分析方法。采用气相色谱仪对残留溶剂氰乙酸甲酯进行检测方法研究,经过调整确定检验条件。检测器FID,载气氮气,载气流速2.0 ml/min,检测器温度240℃,量程1,分流比20∶1,对照品溶液中氰乙酸甲酯杂质峰和溶剂峰分离度为37.5,信噪比为4,确定2,4,5-三氨基-6-羟基嘧啶硫酸盐(氨二)中氰乙酸甲酯残留限度检测方法,该方法操作简单,快速,准确,灵敏度高,为提高叶酸产品质量提供了保障。This paper provides a method for quantitative determination of residual solvents Methyl cyanoacetate in 2,4,5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate sulfate(Ammonia 2).The testing method of residual solvent ethyl cyanoacetate is studied by gas chromatograph,after adjusting parameters,the testing method is determined.Detector:FID;Carrier gas:Nitrogen;Carrier gas flow rate:2.0ml/min;Detector temperature:240℃;Range:1;Separation ratio:20:1;Separation degree of Methyl cyanoacetate impurity peak and solvent peak in reference solution is:37.5;Signal-to-noise:4.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and can quantitatively detect the content of Methyl cyanoacetate,which provides a guarantee for improving the quality of Folic acid.
