摘 要:2018年,教育部为了深化教育教学与信息技术高度融合,决定开展国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设工作,因此虚拟仿真技术是高校教学改革的发展趋势。对于各大医科院校,大力开发虚拟仿真实验的应用是对实验教学的必要补充。分子生物学作为医学专业的主干课程,其实验技术的熟练掌握亦是分子生物学教学过程中的必要环节。应用传统实验教学方式与虚拟仿真实验系统相结合的先进实验教学模式,可以在确保医学生牢固掌握分子生物学实验技术的基础上,提高学生学习兴趣,锻炼独立自学能力,培养创新意识,使学生在现实和虚拟两种环境中最大限度地学习和理解实验教学内容,提高分子生物学实验教学质量。In order to deepen the integration of education and information technology,the Chinese Ministry of Education issued a guiding document in 2018 to accredit virtual simulation experiment teaching projects,and the application of virtual simulation technology has since become the development trend of teaching reform in higher education.Medical colleges and universities can develop virtual simulation experiments to complement experimental teaching in laboratory.Molecular biology is a core course for medical students,and the cultivation of experimental skills is one of the major teaching objectives of molecular biology.The combination of traditional experimental teaching methods with virtual simulation experimental system in the course of molecular biology can help medical students develop experimental skills,increase their innovative awareness,and understand teaching content in both real and virtual environments.The students can increase their interest in learning and develop autonomous learning ability;the quality of experimental teaching can also be improved.
