基于信息素养教育应对图书馆焦虑的国外实践与启示

摘　　要：作为一种情境焦虑,图书馆焦虑会引发用户回避信息的行为。为应对用户在使用图书馆时产生的焦虑情绪,高校图书馆需开展针对性的信息素养教育以实现预防与缓解。对比分析国外基于信息素养教育应对图书馆焦虑的研究案例,我国高校图书馆在此方面得到以下启示:推动基于情感维度的信息素养教学及评估;重视发挥各类型信息素养教育的特点;在信息素养教育中把握用户类型多样性;开展针对性与协作性的信息素养教育。Library anxiety,a kind of situational anxiety,causes users to avoid information.To cope with users'anxiety when using libraries,university libraries need to carry out targeted information literacy education to prevent and alleviate it.Comparison and analysis of foreign cases based on information literacy to cope with library anxiety provide enlightenment for domestic university libraries:promoting information literacy teaching and evaluation based on emotional dimension;attaching importance to the characteristics of information literacy education;focusing on diversity of users and developing targeted and collaborative information literacy education.
