摘　　要：目的通过DRG相关指标综合评价临床科室医疗服务效率情况,给予科室发展方向,进一步为现代医院精细化管理提供理论依据。方法通过综合指数法对某医院2021—2022年1~9月骨科数据进行分析。结果2022年度出院人数较2021年增加3.15%,其中骨科能力指数和综合指数都有不同幅度的提高,A、B两病区侧重于医疗水平的提升,C病区侧重于效率的提高。结论规范化病案首页的填写,确保成功入组,利用DRG分组结果,明确医院的优势学科和病种,帮助各个科室重点、均衡发展。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the department service efficiency and give the department development direction through multi-aspect transformation of information technology of hospital medical record home page,so as to promote the implementation of DRG collection and payment.Methods The orthopedic data of a hospital from January to September of 2021 to 2022 were analyzed by comprehensive index method.Results The number of discharged patients in 2022 increased by 3.15%compared with 2021,among which the orthopedic ability index and comprehensive index were improved in different amplitude.Ward A and B focused on the improvement of medical level,while ward C focused on the improvement of efficiency.Standardize the filling of the first page of medical records to ensure successful inclusion.Conclusion Make use of the results of DRG grouping to identify the advantageous disciplines and diseases of the hospital,and help each department to focus on balanced development.
