摘 要:马克思以批判资本主义“异化劳动”为起点展开关于劳动正义的讨论。其立论前提是消灭资本主义私有制,这也是马克思整个理论大厦的逻辑归宿。马克思基于“现实的人”的发展逻辑,从生产力发展和制度的构建出发,以“人的自由全面发展”为目标,建构出人类社会可能具有的理想形态。他秉持人的自由全面发展这一根本价值原则,基于无产阶级立场和资本逻辑的现实语境展开劳动正义之思,揭露了资本逻辑统治下雇佣劳动关系的非正义性,为无产阶级的劳动解放运动指明道路。在新时代中国特色社会主义劳动正义的现代化实践中,马克思的劳动正义思想具有重要的理论意义与现实启示。Marx started discussions on labor justice from criticizing capitalist“alienation of labor”.The prerequisite for his argument is to eliminate capitalist private ownership,and is also the logical destination of Marx’s entire theoretical building.Starting from the development logic of“real people”,Marx,from the development of productive forces and the establishment of systems,with the goal of“full development of people’s freedom”,constructed the ideal form which human society might possess.He adhered to the fundamental value principle of people’s freedom and comprehensive development,carried out the thinking on labor justice based on the real context of the proletarian stand and capital logic,exposed the non-righteousness of the employment of labor relationship under capital logic,and pointed out the road for the labor liberation movement of the proletariat.In the modernization practice of socialist labor justice with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Marx’s thought on labor justice is of theoretic significance and enlightenment.
