摘 要:针对场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全事故高发的现状,根据某地区已公布的场(厂)内专用机动车辆事故案例分析的特征及规律,运用事故致因理论对涉及的人、机、管、环因素深入挖掘,结合现场检验以及企业调研,找到导致事故的关键原因及因素,根据系统性防控建议、实施难点、叉车安装安全监控的有效性,得出当前应采用“人防+技防”来降低事故率,减少事故损失。In response to the high level of safety accidents caused by special purpose motor vehicles in special fields,based on the published cases of specialized motor vehicle accidents in a certain area,the characteristics and laws of the accidents are analyzed.The theory of accident causation is used to deeply explore the factors including human,machine,management and environment.Combined with on-site inspections and enterprise research,the key causes and factors that lead to the accidents are identified.Based on systematic prevention and control suggestions,implementation difficulties,and the effectiveness of safety monitoring for forklift installation,it suggests that“human defense+technical defense”should be adopted to reduce accident rates and losses.
