摘 要:将发光二极管(LED)及红外线二极管(IRED)并联放在平台上,并在二极管旁边放置一把刻度尺,在数码显微镜的CMOS镜头前放置一片透射光栅。逐渐调高连接二极管的电压,电脑显示屏上会首先出现IRED的白色亮点,接着出现LED的红色亮点,最后出现LED的蓝色亮点。直接从屏上测量相邻两亮点间的距离,可以测量红外线和可见光的波长,使用该装置测量IRED红外线及LED可见光的波长,其结果与参考值符合得很好,误差在0.7%以内。该装置具有简易、精度高、成本低廉等优点,除了可以作为演示教学外,还可以让学生分组操作实验。When light emitting diodes and an infrared emitting diode are connected in parallel circuits and put on the platform,we can find the color spots of the LEDs and a white spot of the IRED on the computer screen.As a transmission grating is placed in front of the lens of the digital microscope,a series of diffraction patterns are shown on the screen.We can measure the wavelengths of the LEDs and the IRED directly from the screen.Using this device to measure the wavelength of IRED infrared and LED visible light,the result is in good agreement with the reference value,and the error is within 0.7%.The device has the advantages of simplicity,high accuracy and low cost.In addition to being used as demonstration teaching,it can also allow students to operate experiments in groups.
