体育院校组织员队伍专业化发展面临的挑战与创新路径研究

摘　　要：随着时代任务的不断变化,党的组织员制度在实践中积累了丰富的建设经验,已经成为党的建设不可或缺的一部分。针对体育院校的发展和党的建设需要,组织员制度内涵在不断丰富,以促进党员的数量和质量不断提升,为加强基层党组织建设提供坚实的制度保障。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高等教育面临新的任务。党的建设面临新的形势,需要加强对组织员制度的规律性研究,从建设历程中吸取经验、提取规律,以推进党的组织员制度的完善与发展,提高党建的科学化水平,落实新时代党的建设工作目标。本文从建立新时代高等教育发展以及基层党建工作的需求出发,分析了体育院校组织员队伍专业化发展的基本内涵,阐述了体育院校组织员队伍专业化建设面临的现实挑战,指出了体育院校组织员队伍专业化发展存在的突出问题。最后从制度建设、思想认识以及管理方法三个方面研究了体育院校专职组织员职业化发展创新思路。With the changing tasks of The Times,the Party organization system has accumulated rich experience in practice,has become an indispensable part of the construction of the party.In view of the development of sports colleges and the needs of Party construction,the connotation of organizator system is constantly enriched,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the quantity and quality of party members and provide a solid system guarantee for strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,higher education faces new tasks.The Party building is facing a new situation,so it is necessary to strengthen the research on the regularity of the organizational system,draw experience and rules from the construction process,so as to promote the perfection and development of the organizational system of the Party,improve the scientific level of the Party building,and implement the goals of the Party building in the new era.Based on the needs of the development of higher education in the new era and the grassroots party construction,this paper analyzes the basic connotation of the professional development of the organization team of sports colleges and universities,expounds the realistic challenges faced by the professional construction of the organization team of sports colleges and universities,and points out the outstanding problems existing in the professional development of the organization team of sports colleges and universities.Finally,this paper studies the innovative thinking of the professional development of professional organizators in sports colleges and universities from three aspects:system construction,ideological understanding and management methods.
