摘 要:为满足在生产井中进行套后测量从而获取套管外地层电阻率,进而求取剩余油饱和度的需求,研制了瞬变电磁过套管电阻率测井数据采集系统。系统中井下瞬变电磁过套管电阻率测井仪采用单发双收线圈系,记录4条地层电压时间谱曲线,实现对井周围介质电磁信息的精密采集,并通过CAN高速总线将数据实时传送到遥测仪器。遥测仪器采用曼彻斯特编码技术,实现与地面长距离、双向快速实时通信。电阻率反演基于人工智能机器学习算法完成记录电压值到电阻率的转换,转换后的电阻率曲线与裸眼井地层电阻率曲线形状具有一致性。现场测试表明,所研制的测井数据采集系统能够实时精确地采集地层电磁信号,在数据后处理过程中通过机器学习可以快速获取套后地层电阻率信息。In order to perform cased hole measurement in production wells,obtain the resistivity outside the casing,and then calculate the remaining oil saturation based on the resistivity value,the logging data acquisition system of transient electromagnetic resistivity tool has been developed.In the system,a single transmitter dual receiver coil structure is adopted,which has a preferred density for collecting electromagnetic information from the surrounding medium of the well.It can record four formation voltage-time spectral curves and transmit the data in real-time to the telemetry instrument through CAN high-speed bus.The telemetry instrument uses Manchester code technology to communicate bidirectiornally in a long distance in down hole.Resistivity inversion uses artificial intelligence machine learning algorithms to convert recorded voltage values into resistivity values.Comparing the converted resistivity curve with the resistivity curve of the open hole formation,it shows good consistency in shape.Field tests have shown that the developed logging data acquisition system can accurately collect formation electromagnetic signals in real time,and machine learning can quickly obtain the formation resistivity of the cased hole in data post-processing.
