摘 要:四溴双酚A(TBBPA)是一种使用量最大的溴代阻燃剂,为深入了解其进入土壤环境后的生态风险,本研究以蚯蚓为受试生物开展了暴露实验。首先,建立了蚯蚓样品中TBBPA母体的LC-MS/MS检测方法,同时优化了提取与净化预处理环节。其次,通过测定不同暴露期的生物富集量,研究了蚯蚓对污染土壤中TBBPA母体的富集与排出特征。最后,通过相关性分析阐明了土壤理化性质与老化过程对蚯蚓富集TBBPA的影响。研究结果表明,暴露3周后蚯蚓对TBBPA的富集即可达到平衡,生物富集系数(BCF)为117.1,排出处理1个月后,31.5%的TBBPA仍残留于蚯蚓体内。蚯蚓富集量与土壤pH呈正相关,而与土壤有机质含量呈负相关关系。土壤有机质对TBBPA较强的吸附作用抑制了其生物可利用性,pH可通过改变TBBPA赋存形态及其理化特性影响其生物有效性。污染土壤老化处理90 d后,蚯蚓对TBBPA的吸收量下降79.7%~95.3%,老化可明显降低TBBPA的生物有效性。本文为评估TBBPA污染土壤生态风险提供了参考依据。Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)is one of the most widely used brominated flame retardants.In this study,exposure experiment was carried out using earthworm as the test organism to gain insight into its ecological risk after entering the soil environment.Firstly,an UPLC-MS/MS analytical method of TBBPA in earthworm samples including extraction,purification and detection was established and optimized,Then,the accumulation and elimination characteristics of TBBPA in earthworms were studied by measuring the bioaccumulation in different exposure periods.Finally,the influences of soil physicochemical properties and the aging process on the bioavailability of TBBPA in earthworms was elucidated by correlation analysis.The results showed that the accumulation of TBBPA in earthworms reached equilibrium on the 21st day with the bio-concentration factor(BCF)as high as 117.1.After 30 d of elimination,31.5%of the TBBPA still remained in earthworms.The accumulation of TBBPA in earthworms was negatively correlated with soil organic matter content and positively correlated with soil pH.The strong adsorption of TBBPA by soil organic matter inhibited its bioavailability,while pH could affect its bioavailability by changing the forms and physicochemical properties of TBBPA.After three months of aging treatment,the accumulation of TBBPA by earthworms decreased by 79.7%~95.3%,which showed that aging could significantly reduce the bioavailability of TBBPA.The results are helpful to evaluate the ecological risk of TBBPA in soil.
