摘 要:教学工作离不开管理,新时代高层次教学研究与改革实践同样离不开高质量教学管理的支持。通过厘清管理的基本定义,对教学管理的功能、要素、过程进行分析和界定。结合作者自身教师及教学管理人员的双重身份和实践体会,对高质量教学管理应处理好的六对关系进行详细的探讨。这六对关系分别是教学管理部门与基层教学组织、刚性制度与柔性管理、内部质量保障与外部质量监控、厘清责任边界与倡导团结协作、目标管理与自我控制和激励机制与约束制度。最后得出结论,高等学校的教学管理,既要从理论上厘清上面所述几对关系之间的关联与重点,又要在实践中正确地处理好几对关系的边界及协同。Teaching work is inseparable from management,and high-level teaching research and reform practice in the new era are also inseparable from the support of high-quality teaching management.By clarifying the basic definition of management,the function,elements and process of teaching management are analyzed and defined.Based on the dual identity and practical experience of teaching and management,the six relationships of high-quality teaching management are discussed in detail.They are teaching management departments and grass-roots teaching organizations,rigid system and flexible management,internal quality assurance and external quality control,clarifying responsibility boundaries and advocating unity and cooperation,management by objectives and self-control,incentive mechanism,and restraint system.Finally,it is concluded that the teaching management of colleges and universities should not only clarify the correlation and focus of the relationships mentioned above theoretically,but also correctly handle the boundary and collaboration of several pairs of relations in practice.
