摘　　要：地方高校实验室由于条件限制、审批和备案流程烦琐、实验操作事故时有发生,导致病原生物学专业研究内容和研究方向需要进行调整,安全风险等级下调,影响研究生培养质量。因此,要在保障生物安全的前提下采取必要措施,设计高质量、有意义、有创新性的研究课题并规范实施,保证研究生培养质量,解决病原生物学专业研究生培养和实验室生物安全之间的矛盾。Local colleges′laboratory face limitations in terms of conditions,cumbersome approval and filing procedures,and frequent occurrence of experimental operation accidents.As a result,adjustment are needed in the research content and directions of pathogenic biology specialty,lowering the safety risk level,which affects the quality of postgraduate training.Therefore,it is necessary to take necessary measures to ensure biosafety while designing high-quality,meaningful,and innovative research topics and implementing them in a standardized manner.So as to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and solve the contradiction between graduates training of pathogenic biology and laboratory biosafety.
