摘　　要：以四季养生药膳教学为例,从教学整体设计、教学实施、教学效果、反思与改进4方面阐述中医药膳学课程教学改革与实践,以提升教学质量。Taking the teaching of herb dietetics for four seasons as an example,this paper expounds the teaching reform and practice on herb dietetics of Traditional Chinese Medicine course from four aspects of teaching overall design,teaching implementation,teaching effect,reflection and improvement,so as to improve the teaching quality.
