摘　　要：目的探讨心脏外科护士经历急性主动脉夹层术后患者抢救无效死亡后的心理体验,为促进护士对临终患者提供优质护理服务提供理论及实践依据。方法2022年7—9月选取12名某三级甲等医院心脏外科护士进行访谈,采用半结构式访谈法及Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料。结果分析后共得出5个主题,分别为事发突然,出乎意料且不可预防;护士保护角色强化;护士情绪准备不足;重塑护理实践;新进护士临床推理能力不足。结论心脏外科护士经历术后患者抢救失败后会出现一些问题,相关部门应予以高度关注,采取有效干预措施。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological experiences of cardiac surgery nurses following the ineffective resuscitation and death of patients with acute aortic dissection.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical evidence for promoting high-quality nursing care for terminally ill patients.Methods In September 2022,semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 cardiac surgery nurses from a tertiary hospital.The interview data were analyzed using a semi-structured analysis method and Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis.Results Five themes were identified:the sudden and unexpected nature of the event;strengthening the protective role of nurses;inadequate emotional preparedness of nurses;reshaping nursing practices;and insufficient clinical reasoning skills among novice nurses.Conclusion The findings highlight the challenges experienced by cardiac surgery nurses following unsuccessful resuscitation,and it is crucial for relevant departments to pay attention to these issues and implement effective preventive measures.
