摘　　要：生物化学实验课是高校生命科学学科的专业核心课程,在生命科学人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用。生物化学实验课程思政教育的实施,是高校落实立德树人和培养生命科学人才的重要举措。参考《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,通过深入挖掘生物化学实验课程教学内容所蕴含的思政元素,开展了课程思政教育的探索与实践,有效实现了生物化学实验课程知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造的育人功能。Biochemistry experiment course,a core curriculum of life science major in institutions of higher education,plays an important role in training of life science talents.The implement of ideological and political education in biochemistry experiment course is the most crucial measure for cultivating people with morality in life science.Through analysis the ideological and political elements contained in the biochemistry experiment course according to the Guidelines of the Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction for the Colleges and Universities,the exploration of ideological and political education was developed and carried out in biochemistry experiment course for giving full play to the education function of knowledge transference,ability training and value shaping.
