摘　　要：国家出台的相关政策提出要建立法律专业学位研究教育和法律职业资格衔接机制,对高校法律专业学位教育质量提出了更高的要求。法律专业硕士培养是我国组建德才兼备的高素质法治人才队伍的重点工作环节之一。以当前法律硕士教育工作的实际情况为出发点,检视、优化目前的法律硕士培养模式,为完善法律硕士教育与法律职业的有机衔接机制建言。The propose of establishing a mechanism for linking legal degree research education and legal professional qualifications sets a higher demand for Juris Master Education.The construction of Juris Master discipline is the key link in the formation of a high-quality legal talent team with both ability and political integrity in China.Taking the current actual education of Juris Master as the starting point,reviewing and optimizing the training mode of Juris Master,this paper aims to promote the organic connection between Juris Master and legal professional qualifications.
