摘　　要：卫生检验与检疫专业是在国家大健康发展战略和海南自由贸易港建设大背景下提供技术支撑并输送高级复合型技术人才的重要专业。“微生物学与微生物学检验”是卫检专业人才步入工作岗位的必修核心基础课程。为了更好地提升教学质量和教学效果,根据专业性质及岗位人才需求修订了课程标准。课程以理论为内涵支撑,渗透于检验和检疫操作技能训练,通过知识点的有机融合及综合应用处理并解决卫检实际案例,探索并改革考核体系,提高专业人才的职业素养。Health inspection and quarantine is an important major that provides technical support and transports high-level and complex technical talents under the background of the national great health development strategy and the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.Microbiology and microbiological inspection is one of the core basic courses required for health inspection professionals to enter their jobs.In order to better improve the teaching quality and teaching effect,the curriculum standard has been revised according to the nature of the specialty and the needs of the post talents.The curriculum is supported by the theory and infiltrated into the training of inspection and quarantine operation skills.Through the organic integration and comprehensive application of knowledge points,the actual cases of health inspection have been processed,and the assessment system has been explored and reformed hoping to improve the quality of professional talents.
