摘　　要：在建设健康中国和课程思政的背景下,广州医科大学预防医学专业的健康教育课程开展了高度、温度、难度的“三度”课程思政探索,以建构主义的认知弹性理论为基础,将多种教学设计和思想政治相融合,把健康教育落到实处,理论结合实际,服务国家发展战略,为高校推进课程思政提供参考和实践策略。在此背景下,广州医科大学预防医学专业本科开设的“健康教育与健康促进”课程开展了具有高度、温度、难度的“三度”课程思政探索,为国家培养适应新时代发展需要的人才。In the context of Healthy China Initiative and curriculum ideology and politics development,the health education course for preventive medicine in Guangzhou Medical University explored a“three-dimensional”curriculum ideology and politics model of“height”,“temperature”and“difficulty”.It is based on Cognitive Flexibility Theory,and integrated multiple teaching strategies with curriculum ideology and politics.This model puts health education into practice,combines theory with practice,serves the national development strategy,and provides reference and practical strategy for colleges and universities to improve their curriculum ideology and politics.In this context,the course“Health Education and Health Promotion”offered by Guangzhou Medical University has carried out the“three-dimensional”mode to cultivate talents to meet the needs of development in the new era.
