摘 要:现代装配式建筑具有低碳环保、绿色节能、装配化程度高等显著优势,不仅符合国家的“双碳”目标要求,而且对于破解当前资源和能源限制难题维护我国生态文明建设也意义重大。为推进我国城镇化建设、提高城市土地利用率,现代装配式建筑正向高层、超高层领域快速发展。这就要求高校毕业生不仅具备基本的结构理论知识,对于当前建筑新技术和新研究的发展也要有清晰的认知。为此,南京林业大学特开设“现代装配式建筑”课程,旨在提高硕士研究生的最新装配式结构建造工艺、技术以及相关理论知识水平,为建筑业转型和高质量发展提供重要的人才支撑。Modern prefabricated buildings have significant advantages of low carbon environmental protection,green energy saving and high degree of assembly.They are not only in line with the national strategy of double carbon goal,but also of great significance for cracking the current resource and energy restrictions and maintaining the construction of ecological civilization in China.In order to promote China’s urbanization construction and improve the utilization rate of urban land,modern prefabricated buildings are rapidly developing into high-rise and super-high-rise buildings,which requires college graduates not only to have basic knowledge in civil engineering theory,but also to have a clear understanding of the current development of new construction technology and new research.To this end,Nanjing Forestry University set up the course,Modern Prefabricated Architecture,which aims to improve graduate students’knowledge of the latest prefabricated structure construction technology,technology and relevant theoretical knowledge,and provide important talent support for the transformation and high-quality development of the construction industry.
