摘　　要：声纹信息是个人独有的生物特征,承载性别、年龄、身高和体重等个人生物信息,具有普遍性、特定性、相对稳定性和不易复制性等特点。声纹信息易于收集,声纹识别技术精准度高,逐渐被应用于公安司法、军事、金融和声纹锁控等领域。但正是由于声纹信息的独特性,声纹信息一旦泄露,个人隐私将会暴露,因此要从加强个人防范、规范企业行为、统一行业标准和制定法律法规等方面做好隐私保护措施,促进声纹识别技术蓬勃发展。Voiceprint information is a unique biological feature of an individual,carrying personal biological information such as gender,age,height and weight,and has the characteristics of universality,specificity,relative stability,and difficulty in replicating.Voiceprint information is easy to collect,and voiceprint recognition technology is highly accurate.It is gradually being used in the fields of public security and justice,military affairs,finance,and voiceprint lock control.But due to the uniqueness of voiceprint information,once the voiceprint information is leaked,personal privacy will be exposed.Therefore,in order to promote the development of voiceprint recognition technology,it is necessary to take measures to protect privacy from the aspects of strengthening personal protection,regulating corporate behavior,unifying industry standards,and formulating laws and regulations.
