斜拉桥索导管及钢锚箱精准定位施工技术

摘  要:洋塘大桥为独塔双索面内倾式斜拉桥,桥梁总长度为607 m。主塔采用H形结构,主塔高度65 m,共设有17条拉索,其中1—8号为索导管、9—17号为钢锚箱。为避免拉索与导管口发生碰撞,提高施工进度,索导管与钢锚箱的精准定位十分重要。该文结合实际工程和施工条件,提出索导管三维坐标定位方法,并研究出导管口精密定位装置及钢锚箱安装技术,以保证索导管和钢锚箱的精准快速施工。Yangtang Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with single tower and double cable planes,with a total length of 607m.The main tower adopts H-shaped structure,the height of the main tower is 65m,and there are 17 cables,of which No.1-8 is cable conduit and No.9-17 is steel anchor box.In order to avoid the collision between the cable and the guide pipe mouth and improve the construction progress,the accurate positioning of the cable conduit and the steel anchor box is very important.According to the actual engineering and construction conditions,this paper puts forward the three-dimensional coordinate positioning method of the cable conduit,and studies the precision positioning device of the guide pipe mouth and the installation technology of the steel anchor box to ensure the accurate and rapid construction of the cable conduit and the steel anchor box.
