摘　　要：结膜乳头状瘤是一种常见的眼表良性肿瘤,严重者可影响视功能。应用单一药物治疗或手术联合药物治疗的方式具有覆盖范围广、复发率低等优点,逐渐成为替代传统手术治疗的趋势。现有的眼部治疗药物有干扰素a-2b、丝裂霉素C、5-氟尿嘧啶、二甲基氯苯和贝伐珠单抗等,口服药如西咪替丁也被应用于结膜乳头状瘤的治疗。本文就结膜乳头状瘤药物治疗(局部用药以及术中联合应用)的疗效及安全性进行综述。Conjunctival papilloma is one of the most common ocular surface tumors,and it can affect visual function in severe cases.Pharmacotherapy or surgery combined with pharmacotherapy has the advantages of wide coverage and a relatively low recurrence rate and is gradually becoming a trend to replace surgical treatment.Available topical drugs include interferon alpha-2b,mitomycin C,5-fluorouracil,dinitrochlorobenzene,bevacizumab,etc.Oral cimetidine is also used for conjunctival papilloma management.This article reviews the efficacy and safety of pharmacotherapy(local medication and intraoperative combination application)for conjunctival papilloma.
