摘  要:食品安全抽样检验作为市场监管部门保障食品安全的关键举措之一,检验报告是反映食品安全状态的证明材料,是市场监管部门执法的重要依据。而检验报告存有瑕疵必然会对后续执法环节造成不利影响,对食品安全抽样检验的公信力造成严重影响。因此,有必要加强对检验报告质量的管理,本文分析了食品安全抽样检验报告质量检查中存在的主要问题,提出有针对性的改进对策,以期提高检验报告质量,推动食品安全抽样检验的顺利开展。Sampling inspection of food safety is one of the key measures of market supervision department to ensure food safety,and inspection report is the certification material to reflect food safety status,as an important basis for market supervision department.However,defects in the inspection report will inevitably cause adverse effects on the subsequent links and seriously affect the credibility of food safety sampling inspection.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of inspection report.This paper puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures for the main problems in the quality inspection of food safety sampling inspection report,in order to improve the quality of inspection report and promote the smooth development of food safety sampling inspection.
