标准化操作免疫组化技术在肿瘤活检病理诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫组化技术室内质量控制的标准化管理及免疫组化技术在肿瘤活检病理诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2021年6月~2022年7月期间来本院就诊的82例肿瘤活检患者,根据本科室免疫组化技术实际操作,从实验前、实验中、实验后三方面进行免疫组化室内质量控制,进行免疫组化标准化操作,并将手术病理结果作为金标准,对免疫组化技术的诊断结果进行评估。结果:采用标准化流程免疫组化技术诊断的符合率为97.56%(80/82),高于快速石蜡技术的90.24%(74/82)(P<0.05);标准化免疫组化技术诊断的敏感度为95.83%(69/72),高于快速石蜡技术的80.56%(58/72)(P<0.05),标准化免疫组化技术的特异度为50.00%(5/10),快速石蜡技术的特异度为30.00%(3/10),组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);采用标准化免疫组化技术诊断患者满意度高达95.12%,显著高于采用快速石蜡技术诊断的84.15%(P<0.05);采用标准化流程免疫组化技术诊断患者的信任感评分及舒适度评分显著高于快速石蜡技术诊断,心理顾虑评分低于快速石蜡技术诊断(P<0.05)。结论:免疫组化操作的标准化可提高免疫组化结果的准确性和可靠性,肿瘤活检病理诊断中采用免疫组化技术和快速石蜡技术进行诊断发现,免疫组化技术的诊断正确率更高,同时患者满意度及依从性更高,便于临床诊治工作的开展。Objective:To explore the standardized management of laboratory quality control of immunohistochemical technology and the clinical value of immunohistochemical technology in pathological diagnosis of tumor biopsy.Methods:A total of 82 patients with tumor biopsy admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected.According to the actual operation of the immunohistochemical technology,the laboratory quality control of immunohistochemical was carried out in three aspects before,during and after the experiment,and the standardized operation of immunohistochemical was carried out,and the pathological results of surgery were taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic results of immunohistochemical techniques were evaluated.Results:The coincidence rate of standardized immunohistochemical technique was 97.56%(80/82),which was higher than that of rapid paraffin technique(90.24%(74/82)(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of standardized immunohistochemical technique was 95.83%(69/72),higher than that of rapid paraffin technique(80.56%(58/72)(P<0.05).The specificity of standardized immunohistochemical technique was 50.00%(5/10),and that of rapid paraffin technique was 30.00%(3/10).There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients diagnosed by standardized immunohistochemical technique was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of patients diagnosed by rapid paraffin technique(84.15%)(P<0.05).The trust score and comfort score of patients diagnosed by standardized process immunohistochemistry were significantly higher than those diagnosed by rapid paraffin technology,and the psychological concern score was lower than those diagnosed by rapid paraffin technology(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardization of immunohistochemical operation can improve the accuracy and reliability of immunohistochemical results.In the pathological diagnosis of tumor biopsy,immunohistochemical technology and rapid paraffin technology are used for diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of im
