摘  要:试验旨在研究不同浓度纤维素酶处理玉米秸秆对黑山羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和经济效益的影响。随机选取体重约15 kg的黑山羊48只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只。对照组黑山羊饲喂基础日粮。试验1组、2组和3组分别使用0.1%、0.3%和0.5%纤维素酶处理的玉米秸秆完全替代基础日粮中的玉米秸秆。试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组和3组黑山羊的末重极显著升高(P<0.01),平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验2组和3组黑山羊的胴体重和眼肌面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2组和3组黑山羊血清总蛋白(TP)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和3组黑山羊瘤胃液氨态氮(NH_3-N)及总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),pH值显著降低(P<0.05),丁酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验2组和3组黑山羊对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组黑山羊对酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)的表观消化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),试验2组和1组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。使用0.1%、0.3%和0.5%纤维素酶处理玉米秸秆分别可获得108.87、148.49和172.02元/只的利润。研究表明,使用纤维素酶处理玉米秸秆能够有效提高黑山羊的生长性能及养分表观消化率,增加饲养效益,且纤维素酶处理玉米秸秆的最佳剂量为0.5%。The experiment was to explore the effect of cellulase treated corn straw on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and economic benefits of black goats by using different concentrations of cellulase to treat corn stalks.48 black goats weighing about 15 kg were randomly selected and divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and four goats in each replicate.The black goats in control group were fed with basic diet.The test group 1,group 2 and group 3 used silage corn stalk treated with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%cellulase to completely replace corn stalk in basal diet.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of black goats in group 2 and group 3 were extremely(P<0.01)and significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of control group,and the feed to gaint ratio was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The carcass weight and eye muscle area of black goats in group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The content of serum TP of black goats in group 2 and group 3 was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01),while the content of serum ALP and ALT of black goats in group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the contents of NH-N and TVFA in rumen fluid of black goats in group 2 and group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),the pH value decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the percentage of butyric acid decreased extremely(P<0.01).The apparent digestibility to NDF of black goats in group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than those in control group and group 1(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility to ADF and ADL of black goats in group 3 was significantlhy igher thantthi oseof other groups(P<0.05),thoseof group1 and group 2 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Using 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%cellulase to treat corn stalk can gain 108.87、148.49 and 172.02 yuan per goat,respectively.The study indicates that using
