摘 要:为了解光照强度对不同金线莲种质主要活性成分的影响,本研究采用HPLC、紫外分光光度法等检测5个金线莲种质在不同光照强度下总多糖、总黄酮及槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素、芦丁4种黄酮类单体成分的含量。研究结果表明,光照强度和种质均显著影响金线莲活性成分含量。在5个金线莲中,总多糖、总黄酮、槲皮素和异鼠李素含量均以长茎类型(JXL_CJ)最高,山奈酚含量以宽叶类型(JXL_KY)最高,芦丁含量则以圆叶类型(JXL_YY)最高。光照强度方面,不同种质活性成分随光照强度表现出不同变化趋势,但总多糖均以800 lx条件下积累量最高,而总黄酮、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素和芦丁含量均在2000 lx条件下达到最高。总体而言,福建长茎类型(JXL_CJ)金线莲活性成分高于其他几个品种,不同活性成分随光照强度的变化呈现不同变化规律,应根据不同功能成分目标要求,设置不同光照条件。In order to make a better understanding of the effect of light intensity on the active ingredients content in Anoectothenia roxburghii germplasm,the polysaccharide,total flavonoids,quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin and rutin contents in five Anoectothenia roxburghii under different light intensities were detected by HPLC and spectrophotometric methods.The results showed that both light intensity and germplasm significantly affected active components in Anoectochilus roxburghii.In terms of variety comparison,the content of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,quercetin and isorhamnetin in the long stem type of Anoectochilus roxburghii(JXL_CJ)rank the first,while kaempferol content in the wide blade type of Anoectochilus roxburghii(JXL_KY)and rutin content in the round leaf type(JXL_YY)were the highest.In terms of light intensity,the active components in different varieties showed different trends with light intensity changed,but the accumulation of total polysaccharides was the highest under the condition of 800 lx,while the contents of total flavonoids,quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin and rutin were all at maximum under 2000 lx.In general,the active components in the long stem type of Anoectochilus roxburghii are higher than those of several other varieties,and different active components show different trends with the light intensity changed.During the planting process of clematis,different light conditions should be choose according to the target requirements of different functional components.
